BMCE-ASME student branch is conducting a RC Aircraft workshop in association with Aerotrix that will be held on 12th and 13th August at Baselios Mathews II College of Engineering, sasthamcotta.

This workshop aims to enrich the students knowledge on the theory behind aerodynamic modelling of aircrafts and functioning of different parts through lectures and  interactive group  activities.

It will also develop the participants skills in basic wirless electronic instrumentation and aircraft parts handling. The said workshop is divided into 4 modules which includes undersatnding flight and basics of aerodynamics, design of aircraft, fabrication of aircraft and flying using remote control.Fees of this workshop includes a kit that will be used for RC aircraft fabrication.

The main highlight of this workshop will be  designing and making the RC Aircraft  . This will showcase the particpants' creativity and imagination. Awards will also be given to the group with Best Design, Best Fabrication and Innovation.
